The pediatric Dentist has an extra two to three years of specialized training after dental school, and is dedicated to the oral health of children from infancy through the teenage years. The very young, pre-teens, and teenagers all need different approaches in dealing with their behavior, guiding their dental growth and development, and helping them avoid future dental problems. Dr. Wendell - Thank you so much for the wonderful treatment that you provided to my son, Spencer (3). Dental care can be very intimidating to a young toddler & for the parents. So I was so pleasantly surprised when your staff was not only professional but warm, caring, friendly & sensitive to Spencer's anxiety. When the procedure was complete, I was soo truly pleased with the outcome of your work. His teeth looked beautiful!! As for Spencer, I have to say that he is a very proud patient - showing his big grin & teeth to family & friends saying "Dr. Wendell, did it !!"
